He helped pass three major banking bills with present-day financial impact, and he continues to work closely these Committees today. James not only worked on the House Financial Services Committee as Assistant Staff Director Senior Counsel for six years, but he also served as Staff Director of the Financial Institutions Subcommittee on the Senate Banking Committee for four years.
